Paddle Pals: Friday the June 20; 10:30 am-5’sh pm; Delta with lunch on one of the Islands w/ Ricardo S.

All levels welcome for a 6-7 mile paddle at a slow/moderate pace with open water crossing to the islands, some experience is recommended.  The plan is to go a less direct route to islands; so it’s a shorter crossing.  We will take a break on one of the islands for lunch/snack/swim!

Arrival Time: 10:30 am

On Water: 11:00 am

Back to dock: 4-5 pm

Limited to seven paddlers

Bring sunscreen, snacks lunch,  and water.

Pick up your PFDs and paddles in the CKC trailer across from the kayak shop (coming down to road the trailer is on the right hand side and the shop is on the left).  It’s about one minute down the road from the trailer to the launch point.  Wear shoes you don’t mind getting wet since it’s a rocky beach launch.

Please check the weather before travel/keep an eye on Slack for any small craft advisories or other marine advisories that would necessitate cancellation
