An exciting opportunity to challenge your paddle skills. This will be an 8 mile paddle for experienced paddlers.
We will paddle to Fort Carroll first then to Francis Scott Key buoy. Several miles will be paddling an open water crossing near shipping lanes. So rescue skills and experience with rougher water is necessary.
Bring food, water, and sunblock. Check slack or email before leaving house.

The kayak launch is on the far right-hand side of the parking lot. Don’t forget to bring water, etc…
Please check the weather before travel/keep an eye on Slack for any small craft advisories or other marine advisories that would necessitate cancellation.
