Join Ricardo for a paddle out of CKC’s Downs Park location. This is a beginner-friendly paddle launching and exploring Wharf Creek and Bodkin Bay with a potential stop at Hancock’s Resolution Historic Farm Park. Please bring water and lunch/snack as we may tour the historic farm park.

On Water: 1:00 pm

Back to dock: 5:00 pm

Limited to six paddlers

Don’t forget snacks and water.

On arrival you must first check-in with the park gatehouse on the right. If you have your CKC member card or tell them your with the club, they usually won’t charge you an entrance fee. Occasionally they do and it’s $6. The kayak launch is on the left-hand side of the park and then walk down a short path through the woods.

Please check the weather before travel/keep an eye on Slack for any small craft advisories or other marine advisories that would necessitate cancellations.
