FreeJoin Lisa for a paddle out of CKC’s Downs Park location. This is a beginner-friendly paddle launching and exploring Wharf Creek and Bodkin Bay with a potential stop at Hancock’s Resolution Historic Farm Park.

On Water: 3:30 pm
Back to dock: 5:30 pm
Limited to six paddlers
On arrival you must first check-in with the park gatehouse on the right. If you have your CKC member card, they usually won’t charge you an entrance fee. Occasionally they do and it’s $6. The kayak launch is on the left-hand side of the park and then walk down a short path through the woods.
Please check the weather before travel/keep an eye on Slack for any small craft advisories or other marine advisories that would necessitate cancellation.
