FreeJoin Colleen for a Paddle Pal at Homeport Farm Park, Saturday, May 31. It’s an easy paddle and new paddlers are welcome. We will explore the cove area and if people feel comfortable, venture out into the Chesapeake Bay.
Lunch in the middle or afterward at Coconut Joe’s. This depends on people’s paddling comfort and skill level.
Arrival Time: 9:45 am
On Water: by 10:00 am
Back to dock: 12 noon
Limited to six paddlers
Bring snacks and water.
Before you arrive to paddle, you will need to fill out the following form to access the gate at Homeport Farm Park: www.aacounty.org/departments/recreation-parks/gated-park/homeport-farm/index.html Once you fill out the form, the gate code will display.
Please check the weather before travel/keep an eye on Slack for any small craft advisories or other marine advisories that would necessitate cancellation
