Paddle Pal; Full Moon Paddle@Fells Point w/ Zach and Lisa, Saturday, September 26th 5:30-8:00 pm

Join Zach and Lisa as they lead a special paddle for September’s full moon. The rules around this paddle that everyone needs to be aware of: First and foremost, stay with the group. Everyone is required to wear reflector vests and lights on their kayaks (provided). You should be a confident, intermediate paddler for this paddle. And most importantly, listen to your paddle leaders.

This will be a Full “Harvest” Moon and corn moon. It is the full moon closest to the Autumnal equinox so it will rise shortly after sunset. So lets hope to keep the clouds away so we can see it illuminate to experience it’s abundant brightness.

Due to the additional equipment needed for this event, you must be registered to attend. We cannot add anyone that just shows up. 

Arrival Time: 5:30 pm

On Water       6:00 pm

Back to dock: 8:00’sh pm

Limited to 12 paddlers

Bring snacks and water.

Parking can be interesting in Fells Point. There is a paid lot on Thames Street that’s just a short walk to the dock if you’re not interested in the hunt for a space on the street.

Please check the weather before travel/keep an eye on Slack for any small craft advisories or other marine advisories that would necessitate cancellation.
