Paddle Pal @ Down’s Park with Zhen; Sunday, May 11: 10:00 am-12 pm

Join Zhen for a paddle out of CKC’s Down’s Park location. This paddle will cross some open water and then stick mostly to the side and into Main Creek. A good paddle for rookies and lovers of nature. Zhen’s one of our most seasoned paddle leaders; you’ll be in very good hands.

On Water: 10:30 am

Back to dock: 12:00 pm’sh

Limited to six paddlers

Don’t forget snacks and water.

On arrival you must first check-in with the park gatehouse on the right. If you have your CKC member card or tell them your with the club, they usually won’t charge you an entrance fee. Occasionally they do and it’s $6. The kayak launch is on the left-hand side of the park and then walk down a short path through the woods.

Please check the weather before travel/keep an eye on Slack for any small craft advisories or other marine advisories that would necessitate cancellation.
